Summary[edit]

Description
English: Time-lapse video microscopic observation of syncytium formation. HEK293T cells were transfected by the R-Env and GFP expression plasmids. TE671/mCAT1 cells were stained with the cell tracker orange. One day after transfection, these cells were co-cultured in glass bottom dish and observed by time-lapse microscopy.
