Description
English:
Residential building. Planned by Vince J. Medek. Built to Péter Eggenhofer in 1873-1874. For decades, on the façade of Fiumei Street 3, he proclaimed that there was a restaurant addressed to "THE BAREFOOT", owned by Péter Eggenhoffer. Over the years, Czechoslovakian soda water has worked here and Canadian performance artists have worked here. A huge plane tree 150 years old stands in its yard - 3 Fiumei Road, Népszínház neighbourhood, Budapest District VIII.

Program az udvaron. - Tervező: Medek J. Vince. Építtető: Eggenhofer Péter. Építés éve: 1873 - 1874. A Fiumei út 3. homlokzatán évtizedeken át hirdette, hogy itt található “A MEZÍTLÁBASHOZ” címzett vendéglő, a Délvidékről jött béresgyerek, Eggenhoffer Péter tulajdona, a legenda szerint mezítláb érkezet a városba és mezítláb szolgálta ki a vendégeit. Az évek során működött itt csehszlovák szikvizes és alkotott itt kanadai performanszművész. Az udvarán 150 éves, hatalmas platánfa áll. 2023-ban itt van a Magyar Individuálpszichológiai Egyesület.
