English: Representative movie from confocal microscopy showing mature macrophages (Mf) interacting with C. albicans hyphae. Mature macrophages were characterized by their increased cytoplasmic size and by their ruffled cell membranes that link the adjacent cells and C. albicans. Image size: 100 µm.
