Description
English: Speed Comparison. The video shows a complete correction of the Femur. The input segmentation is an extreme case, where the initial Dice coefficient was 0.6. For the brushing procedure we used the GeoS tool, which has a manual correction tool. The correction times were 2 hours for Brush (GeoS-based) correction, and 16 minutes for FISICO.
