Description
Svenska: Papprulle (?) klädd med purpurfärgad sammet med 32 emblemgrupper, ordnade i fyra sinsemellan förskjutna rader, tre öppna kronor, krönta av kunglig krona, de två övre öppna kronorna snedställda, allt broderat med guldlan och -kantiljer samt i de öppna kronorna foder av rött silke. På övre änden en guldbroderad lagerkrans och på den nedre ett blixtknippe broderat med guldkantiljer.Ringformiga ändbeslag av guld med otydliga stämplar, på ena ringen text: "äran, hedenr, fäderneslandet", på den andra." gifven af konung Carl XIII till Fältmarskalken Herr Grefve Carl Mörner den 4 Julii 1817"
