Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Random migration of human T cells expressing constitutively active T567D ezrin-EGFP. T cells were transfected with T567D ezrin-EGFP and placed 4 h later on an Il-1-beta-stimulated human endothelial cell layer in the absence of added chemokine. Random migration of the transfected T cells was assessed for 10 min by time-lapse videomicroscopy at 37°C (four images per min). The movie was created with eight frames per second (1 s of movie = 2 min real time).
