Description
English: S1 Video is a movie of bubbles in the microfluidics system using brightfield and DIRI. This image was acquired using a 10× objective lens and an exposure time of 60 ms. Video obtained by simultaneous using brightfield illumination and DIRI (Darkfield Internal Reflection Illumination).
