Description
English: M. xanthus MXH2265 (ΔaglZ) cells were placed on unblocked blocked polystyrene surface in MOPS medium containing 1% methylcellulose, cell movements were recorded, and the motile trajectories of selected cells were tracked and recoded as described in Materials and Methods.
