Description
English: SS spatiotemporal developmental dynamics -2. This movie shows again the spatiotemporal gene expression dynamics during development of the example SS individual shown in Figure 3A . Here, in a single plot the expression levels of all 16 genes are drawn as a function of their position along the anterior posterior axis of the embryo, with expression levels changing over time.
