Português: A Terceira Seção do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) decidiu, em embargos de divergência julgados nesta quarta-feira (26), que, nas comarcas em que não houver vara especializada em crimes contra criança e adolescente, prevista no artigo 23 da Lei 13.431/2017, os casos de estupro com vítima menor, cometidos no ambiente doméstico e familiar, deverão ser processados e julgados nas varas especializadas em violência doméstica e, somente na ausência destas, nas varas criminais comuns.
