Description	Deutsch: Esslingen am Neckar: Ansicht der Inneren Brücke aus Südosten von der Maille. Die Innere Brücke zählt zu den prägendsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Esslingens. Sie führt über zwei Neckararme (den heutigen Wehr- und den heutigen Rossneckarkanal) sowie die Insel dazwischen. Sie ist eine der ältesten erhaltenen mittelalterlichen Steinbrücken nördlich der Alpen. Seit dem 16. Jahrhundert ist sie mit Wohn- und Geschäftshäusern bebaut. Die Aufnahme zeigt den zentralen Teil der Inneren Brücke mit der Nikolauskapelle (links, Innere Brücke 17, errichtet um 1300) sowie den beiden denkmalgeschützten Brückenpfeilerhäuschen Innere Brücke 15 (Mitte, 17./18. Jahrhundert) und 13 (rechts, 18. Jahrhundert). Hinter ihnen ist die höhere Bebauung auf der Nordseite der Brücke sichtbar, die Häuser Innere Brücke 14, 16, 18 und 20 (von rechts nach links), von denen Nr. 14 (erbaut ca. 1599) und 16 (um 1700) ebenfalls unter Denkmalschutz stehen.
