Deutsch: Die Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung fördert jährlich rund 1.000 Studierende und Promovierende aus dem In- und Ausland, die den Zielen des grünen Projekts positiv gegenüber stehen. Jedes Jahr werden bis zu 200 Stipendiatinnen und Stipendiaten neu in die Förderung aufgenommen. In der Studien- und Promotionsförderpraxis ist Diversity-Management ein konstitutives Element. Die hierfür wesentlichen Diversity-Kategorien und Gruppen sind unter anderem Studierende mit einem Migrationshintergrund und/oder nichtakademischen Elternhaus. Die Förderung von Frauen ist ein weiteres Anliegen der Stiftung, insbesondere in Studienfächern, in denen sie bisher unterrepräsentiert sind.
In dem Erklärfilm "Diversity und Chancengerechtigkeit" erzählen die Studentinnen und Studenten, welche Werte sie mit der Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung verbinden, was Chancengerechtigkeit für sie bedeutet und was sie in Diversity-Fragen bewegt. Den Film produzierten die zwei Studienstipendiatinnen der Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Yulia Lokshina und Julian Bogenfeld. |
