Español: Con el verano llegan las altas temperaturas y los rayos solares intensos, por lo que es necesario cuidar nuestra salud y reducir las reacciones del cuerpo al calor en exceso.
Se debe evitar exposición prolongada al sol en horarios de 11 de la mañana a las 4 de la tarde,consumir alimentos con antioxidantes y con vitaminas A , C, D, E y K, además de utilizar ropa en colores claros, con manga larga, de algodón y sombreros y filtro solar. Tomando en cuenta la edad de la persona que lo utiliza, porque para un niño se recomienda utilizar un protector cremoso, pero en un adolescente esto no es recomendable, pues puede generar acné, ellos deben utilizar spray o gel. No eche en saco roto estas recomendaciones, recuerde reducir la exposición a los rayos solares y mantener una dieta balanceada que contenga alimentos ricos en agua. Recuerde que la prevención le hará pasar un verano más divertido y sin riesgos. |
