Sassenfeld/Nettetal 1980 – 10 min Aufnahme: Gabriel Simons; Schnitt/Kommentar: Berthold Heizmann Ein bedeutender Nebenerwerb für die ländliche Bevölkerung in gewässerreichen Gebieten war bis zum Aufkommen von Kunsteis das Eissägen. Im Januar und Februar sägt man aus dem mindestens 15 cm starken Eis große Platten, die z. B. in eigens angelegten Kellern von Brauereien gelagert und zusammen mit dem Bier ausgeliefert werden können. |
