Description
English: Morphology of the actin cytoskeleton in Ra2 LIMK1-WT200 cells. Ra2 LIMK1-WT200 cells were fixed, permeabilized and stained for F-actin using Alexa568-conjugated phalloidin. The movies show 3 D projections of reconstructed confocal z-stacks obtained as 20 confocal sections approximately 0.3-0.5 μm thick for a single cell (a) or a group of cells (b).
