Description
English: GFP-Plin1 coated CLD move back and forth on microtubules. A representative GFP-Plin1 expressing cell is viewed in real time approximately 30 minutes after Isoproterenol stimulation. The movie shows examples of CLD that move back and forth without apparent hesitation at the end of each directional movement. The size bar is 2 µm.
