Summary[edit]

Description
English: GFP dynacortin concentrates along the surface at the leading edge and at sites of cell protrusions during chemotaxis. Video is imaged using total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy using a 60 × (NA 1.45) 1.6× optivar. Frames are queued every 1 s.
