Description
English: 9D11 specifically labels INPs and their progeny within the central brain. 9D11 expressing mCD8::GFP, INPs and their progeny are shown in white. 9D11 is strongly expressed in six medial type II lineages and weakly in two lateral type II lineages beginning at 96 h ALH. Again, bifurcating projections towards different parts of the brain are observed from type II lineages. All medial type II lineages project a subset of their axons to the interhemispheric commisure, especially towards the DPC. Descending ipsilateral projections are also observed.
