Description
English: Dynamics of actin comet, induced by Listeria, visualized by GFP-actin. HeLa cells stably expressing GFP-actin were transfected with control siRNA, infected with Listeria, and observed. Images were collected every 5 s for 300 s. Frame rate, 7 frames/s.
