Description
English: Supplementary Movie 8 Live TIRF imaging of pHLuorin-CD63 (green) and mCherry-paxillin (red) reveals bursts of CD63 fluorescence preceding visible adhesion formation. Magnification of boxed area is shown at right. Time-lapse images were taken every 30 sec for 45 min.
