Het menu beschrijft de maaltijd die werd geserveerd de dag nadat het schip Queenstown, Ierland, verliet op weg naar New York, en wordt verkocht door Henry Aldridge & Son uit Wiltshire, naast andere zeldzame Titanic-kavels, waaronder een deken met tartan. Het menu werd gevonden in een fotoalbum uit de jaren zestig dat ooit toebehoorde aan Len Stephenson, een sociaalhistoricus in Dominion, Nova Scotia.
