Aufnahme/Schnitt/Kommentar: Ayten Fadel Der 85-jährige Schuhmachermeister Josef Esser zeigt, wie in mehr als 100 Arbeitsschritten ein Schuh von Hand gefertigt wird: Vom Maßnehmen über Erstellen des Schaftmusters, Ausschneiden von Schaft, Brandsohle und Kappen, Herstellen des Pechfadens, Einbinden des Schafts, Ausschneiden von Laufsohle und Absatzflecken bis hin zum Ausputzen von Sohle und Absatz. Nach ca. 15 Arbeitsstunden ist der Schuh fertig. In einem Interview erzählt Josef Esser von seinem beruflichen Werdegang. |
