A charming provincial publication, printed in a small town and intended for the daughters of local farmers. The religious duties of these daughters are didactically illustrated by way of a lengthy 'dialogue' involving a pastor, a father, a mother, and three daughters aged 20, 18, and 11. The dialogue is punctuated with poetry and pithy quotations. No earlier editions have been traced under this title
