Deutsch: Die entstehende elektrische Spannung bei einem Gewitter erreicht einige Millionen Volt. Aus den überwiegend negativ geladenen unteren Wolkenschichten schießen die Blitze durch Ladungschläuche auf die positiv geladene Erdoberfläche.
English: The resulting electrical voltage during a thunderstorm reaches several million volts. The lightning bolts shoot from the predominantly negatively charged lower cloud layers through charge tubes to the positively charged surface of the earth. |
