English: The damaged parking of La Cupole, the nightclub of Castel Bolognese, Italy. The damage from the 2023 Emilia-Romagna floods was extensive and expensive, and it took months to carry out major repairs. Climate change will increase the risk of extreme weather events. On the board, the message Rumagna tin bòta (Romagna holds on doesn't give up) encourages people to be resilient and strong.
