Summary[edit]

Description
English: Time lapse recording demonstrating the lysis of erythrocytes incubated with AF-SWCNTs. Erythrocytes from Swiss mice were suspended in RPMI+1%FBS with 75 µg/ml AF-SWCNTs in tissue culture dish (35 mm) and were placed on the observation platform of a live cell imaging (Nikon Eclipse Ti) microscope in a chamber maintained at 37C in 5% CO2 atmosphere. Cells were allowed to settle for 30 min before recording was started.
