Description |
Svenska: Runt livet framställning av nereider och tritoner i hög relief. Fot och lock förgyllda med fastskruvade gjutna maskaroner av silver. Gjutet, förgyllt handtag. Inskrift under botten: M.V.M: M.H.M 1712 - G.P.B.S: A.L.D.H. Ristat 146 lo. Stämplar: 1) Augsburg, SM (Rosenberg 724). Enl. kat.kortet 1930 Sebastian Mylius el. Johan Sebastian Mylius, Augsburg, båda döda på 1720-talet.*) *) Detta är troligen felaktigt! Stilistiskt hör kannan hemma i ett tidigare skede. Det finns också en augsburgmästare David I Schwestermüller som verkade 1628-78. Det finns ytterligare motsvarigheter till denna kanna, stämplade SM. 2) Tre kronor, S Lyberg. Samuel Lyberg, Borås 1778-1834. 1845: given av Karl XIV Johan till Magnus Brahe på namnsdagen 1842 |
