Corner building. Built after 1984. - Former building history plaque: "Higher Trade School. Following the efforts of the famous chief rabbi Leopold Löw of Kanizsa, the now demolished building was built here in 1842, into which the Israeli elementary school could move. In 1856, the first commercial training was launched in Transdanubia, which was transformed into a secondary school in 1891 and a higher trade school in 1895. The institution with a good name - maintained by the city from 1933 - operated here until 1944. The memorial plaque was erected in 2006: DRILL-Trans Supplier. Vehicle Maintenance and Service Joint Stock Company" - 10 Csengery Road= 44 Zrínyi Street, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary.

A telket 1842 elején kapta meg az izraelita hitközség. Löw Lipót híres kanizsai főrabbi építtette itt a nyolc tantermes izraelita fiú- és leányiskola épületét. 1855-ben a Danneberg-házban működni kezdett a hitközség kisdedóvója. 1857-ben az iskola épületének bővítésével ide költözhetett az óvoda is. 1856-tól itt indult a helyi kereskedelmi képzés. 1945 után az ÁVH (Államvédelmi Hatóság) használatába került. 1984-ben lebontották a földszintes épületet. - Emléktábla: "Felsőkereskedelmi iskola. Löw Lipót híres kanizsai főrabbi fáradozásai nyomán épült fel itt 1842-ben a mára lebontott épület, melybe átköltözhetett az izraeli elemi iskola. 1856-ban a Dunántúlon elsőként kereskedelmi képzést inditottak amely 1891-től közép-, 1895-től felsőkereskedelmi iskolává alakult. A jó nevet szerzett intézmény - 1933-tól a város fenntartásában - 1944-ig müködött e helyen. //Az emléktáblát állíttatta a 2006. esztendőben: DRILL-Trans Szállító. Járműfenntartó és Szolgáltató részvénytársaság" - Zala megye, Nagykanizsa, Csengery út 10.= Zrínyi utca 44.
