English: Supplementary Movie 2 Particle rolls around. The mobility of DNA bonded particles is investigated at three different temperatures. The tracks of a small particle (1.0 μm in diameter) are recorded as it rolls on a larger particle (2.0 μm in diameter) that is immobilized on a glass substrate. The small particle diffuses more rapidly for shallow quench (the temperature is higher and closer to Tm). The Movie was acquired at 5 frame/s and is played at 50 frame/s. |
