Description
English: Dynamic structural changes between open and closed conformations of cN-IIIA and cN-IIIB. Trajectory connecting the crystal structures of the closed state of cN-IIIA bound to the substrate UMP (beginning of movie) and the open state of cN-IIIB bound to the reaction product 7-methyl guanosine (end of movie). The structure is shown in cartoon mode with substrates and products as well as the conserved Trp120 (cN-IIIB) or Trp113 (cN-IIIA) as sticks.
