Description
English: Dynamics of cortical cdr2p in wild-type cells. Fission yeast cells expressing cdr2-GFP. Spinning disc confocal images in a medial slice, acquired every 10 s over 5 min. These images, which were taken at longer exposures and higher laser power than the other two videos, reveal dim dynamic cdr2p dots all over the cortex. Scale bar: 5 µm. Strain FC2688. Time stamp = min, sec.
