Description
English: Nucleoid fluorescent DNA halo assay: real-time video clip showing a P540 rat hepatocyte nucleoid exposed to 80 µg/ml of ethidium bromide. Notice the unwinding of DNA loops that form a very homogeneous but rather small DNA halo around the contour of a larger and very stable NM.
