Nederlands: Congres Onderwijsrecht in Utrecht; onbekende personen, mogelijk prof. Koek(k)oek of drs. De Haan; opdracht Stichting Bijzondere Leerstoel Onderwijsrecht. Utrecht, 30 sept. 1987. Congres: "Onderwijsrecht: actueler dan ooit". Op deze dag zullen in een aantal lezingen en in een forum actuele ontwikkelingen in het onderwijsrecht belicht worden. Als sprekers zijn uitgenodigd: (1) prof. mr. H. Drop, bijzonder hoogleraar Onderwijsrecht aan de Vrije Universiteit, Staatsraad in buitengewone dienst en voormalig algemeen secretaris van de Onderwijsraad; Onderwerp: "Vrijheid van inrichting vogelvrij?, (2) prof. mr. A.K. Koekkoek, hoogleraar Staats- en Administratief recht aan de Katholieke Universiteit Brabant. Onderwerp: "Ondenwijsvrijheid en een wet gelijke behandeling", (3) drs. B. de Haan, directeur-generaal voor het basisondenwijs bij het Ministerie van Onderwijs & Wetenschappen Onderwerp: "Hoe regel je meer met minder?, (4) In het forum hebben zitting: mr. N.P. Dekker, hoofd van de afdeling basis- en (voortgezet) speciaal onderwijs van de Besturenraad Protestants-Christelijk Onderwijs; mr. drs. E.B.N, de los Santos, adjunct-directeur Centraal Bureau Katholiek Ondenwijs; dr. B.J. van der Net, lid Centrale Raad van Beroep en drs. mr. dr. A. Postma, hoofddocent Staatsrecht en Onderwijsrecht Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Mr. T Elzenga, voorzitter van de SBLO, zal het forum voorzitten. |
