Description
English: Third instar gonads of the genotype dicer2; t j -Gal4, Cg-GFP; UAS-GFP RNAi , in which cg is reduced, were dissected and stained with anti-En (magenta), which labels TFs. Gonads are smaller than WT (compare to S1 video ). Less TFs are present than in WT ovaries. While some TFs are long and mature, others are shorter.
