Description
English: Colonel Vladimir Kvachkov adressing his speech to ex-servicemen of the Russian Airborne Troops at the Veterans Meeting in Moscow, Poklonnaya Hill, on November 7, 2010. Colonel’s speech is formed against the policy of Russian Secretary of Defense Anatoly Serdyukov, and against alleged sabotage and destruction of Russian Armed Forces.
Русский: Выступление Владимира Васильевича Квачкова на митинге «Армия против Сердюкова», в Москве, на Поклонной горе (2010).
На трибуне, за Квачковым стоит депутат Государственной Думы ФС РФ шестого созыва (с декабря 2011 г.), член фракции «Единая Россия», член Комитета Государственной думы по делам ветеранов Иршат Фахритдинов. В аудиозаписи выступления, на 3:20 отчётливо слышно как Владимир Васильевич отвечает кому-то из стоящих на трибуне: «Заканчиваю [своё выступление]». Это был ответ на слова Фахритдинова, который настоял на том, чтобы Квачков не задерживался у микрофона.
