Bahan-Bahan: •500 gram pisang emas (anggaran 15 hingga 20 biji pisang bersaiz kecil) •1 cawan tepung gandum •1 sudu teh garam halus •2 sudu besar gula Cara-cara •Lenyek pisang sehingga hancur dan tidak berketul •Masukkan garam, gula dan tepung gandum sedikit demi sedikit, jangan masukkan tepung gandum sekaligus kerana tahap serapan tepung adalah berbeza beza dan bergantung pada kuantiti pisang. •Jika adunan masih lembik, tambah lagi tepung sedikit demi sedikit. •Jemput adunan menggunakan hujung jari dan jatuhkan ke dalam minyak panas. •Goreng dan kacau dengan sudip dengan cara membalik-balikkan cekodok sehingga bahagian luar perang dan rangup. •Angkat dan hidangkan. |
