В червленом поле под лазоревой главой, обремененной двумя серебряными остроконечными горами (из которых левая выше) с выходящим из за них золотым сияющим солнцем - бегущий серебряным конь с золотыми глазами, гривой, хвостом и копытами

Утвержден решением Новоселовского районного Совета депутатов от 21 декабря 2012 года №30-178 р.

Внесен в Государственный геральдический регистр Российской Федерации под № 12271.
