English: CERT-GFP distribution on C. trachomatis inclusions. HeLa cells transfected for 18 hrs with CERT-GFP were infected with C. trachomatis L2 for 24 hrs. Confocal z-slices were taken every 0.4 µm and processed using IMARIS software to obtain a three dimensional (3D) reconstruction of the area. CERT-GFP decorates the inclusion membrane surface in a non-homogenous, patchy distribution. |
