NIH/3T3 cells expressing hPARM-1-GFP protein were incubated for 30 min with 1 μg/ml nocodazole (an agent interfering with microtubules polymerization) to disturb the microtubulin cytoskeleton. Cells were then analyzed by confocal microscopy. Images were taken at a rate of 2 seconds over a period of 10 min. |
