Português: Resgate do Cinema Silencioso Brasileiro Inauguração da Igreja de São Sebastião no Centro de Instrução Militar, no sítio do Barro Branco. Partida de legionários paulistas da Força Pública do Vale do Anhangabaú em direção ao Barro Branco, onde é oferecido churrasco ao secretário da Segurança Pública, dr. Bento Bueno, com a presença de filhos de soldados mortos na revolução (de 1924) e de autoridades do Estado. Inauguração do serviço de enfermeiras, do Hospital Militar da Força Pública, a cargo das Irmãs de N.S. da Conceição. Compareceram o secretário da Justiça e o prefeito paulistano dr. José Pires do Rio. Bênção do padre Gastão da Veiga. Inauguração do funcionamento regular da Casa Beneficente da Força Pública, com a presença do secretário da Justiça. No Largo Sete de Setembro, a concentração e desfile de dois batalhões de infantaria com as respectivas companhias que seguirão para o norte do país. Na Estação da Luz, o embarque das tropas para Santos, grande público presente. A chegada do embaixador britânico sir Beilby Alston em viagem oficial ao Estado de São Paulo. Em companhia do secretário da Justiça e do chefe da Polícia, o embaixador visita o quartel da Força Pública, onde é recebido pelo comandante geral, coronel Pedro Dias. A revista da tropa e a exibição do 1o. Batalhão em evoluções militares. Na Escola de Educação Física, o embaixador assiste aos exercícios físicos dos soldados e à exibição da cavalaria.

According to Brazilian copyright law (Law 9.610 of February 19, 1998; see translation):
  • Article 41: The author’s economic rights shall be protected for a period of 70 years as from the first of January of the year following his death, subject to observance of the order of succession under civil law;
  • Article 43: The term of protection of the economic rights in anonymous or pseudonymous works shall be 70 years, counted from the first of January of the year following that of first publication;
  • Article 44: The economic rights in audiovisual and photographic works shall be protected for a period of 70 years from the first of January of the year following that of their disclosure;
  • Article 45: In addition to the works in respect of which the protection of the economic rights has expired, the following shall pass into the public domain:
    • I. the works of authors deceased without heir;
    • II. the works of unknown authors, subject to the legal protection of ethnic and traditional lore.
  • Article 96: The term of protection of neighboring rights shall be 70 years from the first of January of the year following fixation for phonograms, transmission for the broadcasts of broadcasting organizations and public performance in other cases.
