English: Three-dimensional video-image of anaphase from 1 dpf embryo after hybridization with Cot1 DNA (red) and staining with SYTO-24 (green). Stretched lagging chromosomes oriented antiparallel from pole to pole with poleward-oriented centromeric regions.
