English: NKCC1-EGFP localizes to extending processes of migrating GB cells on flat surfaces. NS 318 cells transfected with NKCC1-EGFP were imaged using a spinning disk confocal microscope that allowed us to obtain better spatial resolution of the localization. This experiment shows how NKCC1-EGFP localizes exactly to the membrane of ruffles of extending lamellipodia. |
