English: Time-lapse movie showing GFP-CHK2 at centrosomes in mitotic U2OS cells. U2OS GFP-CHK2 were incubated with doxycycline for 48 h and synchronized by a single 24 h thymidine block. When the synchronized cell population progressed through late G2 phase and mitosis, images were acquired every 2 minutes with a Zeiss Axio Observer Z1 automated microscope. |
