Description
English: Supplementary Movie 6 GTP-loaded Rac1/Cdc42 are present constitutively on the plasma membrane and in the membrane ruffles of resting hMDMs. hMDMs were transfected with the active Rac1/Cdc42 biosensor PBD(Pak)-YFP and imaged live by spinning disc confocal microscopy in calcium-containing medium, acquiring images every 15 sec for 5 min. The video is displayed at 7 frames per sec.
