Description
English: Register today for CDC’s free Environmental Assessment Training Series (EATS) (www.cdc.gov/nceh/ehs/elearn/eats/index.html) to learn about the role of environmental health in investigations of foodborne illness outbreaks. Learn how to conduct environmental assessments of restaurants implicated in an outbreak and practice applying skills in multiple outbreak scenarios. Earn points toward a badge and a certificate (upon completion). Continuing education credits also available.
