[edit]DescriptionC3GRapgef1-Is-Required-in-Multipolar-Neurons-for-the-Transition-to-a-Bipolar-Morphology-during-pone.0154174.s009.ogv |
English: E13.5 wild type brains were transfected by ex vivo electroporation with pEF-Cre , pEF-LPL-LynN-EGFP , and pTα-LPL-H2B-RFP . Neuronal migration was analyzed in cortical slices by live cell imaging beginning at 30 h after transfection (t = 0 h). The movie shows a multipolar neuron that forms a ventrally directed trailing axon (t = 8 h) followed by formation of a leading process (t = 12 h) and the transition to a bipolar morphology. |
