Summary[edit]

Description

Comportement en soufflerie d'un cône de rétreint tournant autour de sa pointe. On observe la tendance du cône de rétreint à revenir dans l'axe de la soufflerie lorsqu'il est en incidence. le problème, c'est que ces "retours au neutre" accumulent trop d'énergie de sorte que, après son passage à l'incidence nulle, le cône prend trop d'incidence de l'autre côté. On peut donc dire que le cône est "statiquement stable" (il manifeste une tendance instantanée à réduire son angle d'incidence) mais qu'il est "dynamiquement instable" (ses oscillations prennent de plus en plus d'amplitude).
