English:
In 2023 ~~University of Szeged Juhász Gyula Practicing Elementary and Basic Art School, Daycare Home Kindergarten. Authority ID 029681. Renamed multiple time in the 1990s - Built to 'Practicing Civil School'. Architect: Gyula Wälder. Built in 1928-29. Renamed multiple time in the 1990s, the Juhász Gyula Teacher Training College was named No. 1 Practicing Primary School. Description: building is a basement, two-storey ensemble forming a multiple-broken line, which is only closed to another building from Boldogasszony Avenue. On the outside are the classrooms, on the courtyard side are the corridors. In the 1990s, the basement houses the student restaurant and small sport room/gymnasium; the large gymnasium occupies the lower two floors of the wing forming the rear front of the Markovits Street open-air sports ground; above the main ledge in cascading attica: ANNO DOMINI MCMXXVIII–MCMXXIX. Workshops for practical activities were established on the mezzanine floor of the wing on Semmelweis Street. Its façade is pure neo-baroque. The windows received simplified framing upwards. Balconies were made on the main and rear facades. It has a mansard roof with dormers. The entrances from Boldogasszony Avenue are arched gables, pillars, stone vases/maybe urns. there is a Notre Dame well statue by Béla Markup (1929 limestone Neo-Baroque). Above statue is a limestone plaque with sandstone reliefs insacription on its: "~Our Mother of Notre Dame, turn your maternal mantle to our protection. Don't forget Hungary, our sweet homeland." Above Neo-Baroque portal-like gate. - 'Allegory of Learning relief' by Béla Markup. In the middle is a barefoot adolescent? girl with an open book, next to her are undressed toddlers playing music. At the bottom in Roman numerals marked the date of construction. - Above the balcony decorated with large ornate urns, the 'coat of arms of Hungary' by Béla Markup - 8 Boldogasszony ( Notre Dame ) Avenue= Markovits Iván Street= Semmelweis Street, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

A külső oldalán a tantermek az udvar felől a folyosók találhatók. Az 1990-es években az alagsorában helyezkedik el a diákétterem és a kis tornaterem; a Markovits utcai szabadtéri sportpálya hátsó frontját alkotó szárny alsó két szintjét foglalja el a nagy tornaterem; a főpárkány fölött lépcsőzetes attikában: ANNO DOMINI MCMXXVIII–MCMXXIX. A Semmelweis utcai szárny magasföldszintjén alakították ki a gyakorlati foglalkozások műhelyeit. Homlokzata tiszta neobarokk. Az ablakok fölfelé egyszerűsödő keretezést kaptak. A fő- és hátsó homlokzaton erkélyek készültek. Manzárdteteje van tetőablakokkal. A Boldogasszony sugárút felőli bejáratait íves oromzatú, pilléres, vázás/urnás?, műkő-keretezéssel. Mívesek a kovácsoltvas udvari bejáratok, kapu- és mellvédrácsok. Az épület udvarait pilléres, kovácsoltvas kerítés övezi. - Falánál: Boldogasszony-kútszobor (Felállítás 1929, Markup Béla alkotása, neobarokk)[1] felső részén homokkő mészkő 'Boldogasszony-emléktábla' Szövege: Boldogasszony anyánk régi patrónánk anyai palástod fordítsd oltalmunkra. Magyarországról édes hazánkról ne feledkezzél meg. - A neobarokk kapuzata fölött látható 'A tanulás allegóriája dombormű' Markup Béla alkotása[2]. Középen nyitott könyvvel mezitlábas lányka, mellette ruhátlan, zenélő kisgyermekek. Alul római számokkal az építés dátumát jelölték. - A nagyméretű díszes urnákkal díszes erkély felett 'Magyarország címere' Markup Béla alkotása[3] - Vélhetően ez a '264. Semmelweis utca 3. hrsz.: 3713 ' sorszámon ill. címen helyi egyedi védelem alá tartozó épület lásd Szeged Megyei Jogú Város Önkormányzata Közgyűlésének 34/2022. (XII. 19.) önkormányzati rendelete 1. § (1) bekezdése alapján frissitett változat.
