Summary[edit]

Description
English: A bicycle is assembled upside down to model another bike (without trail) driving forward to observe angular momentum forces. The video (same as in File:Bicycle precession experiment, tilted bike.ogg) is rotated. When it's steered at the handlebars (blue axis), the bike gets tilted (red axis). The first movement at 0:15 is modelling a right turn. The video-wheel leans backward as a reaction. For the modeled bike (normal position, drawn grey in the intro) this is a tilting to the left side.
