Nederlands: Penning op de tocht naar Kiel van het S.S. Rotterdam bij de gelegenheid van de opening van het Kaiser Wilhelm-kanaal (Noord-Oostzeekanaal).
Beschrijving in de bron van Museumrotterdam.nl:

Het s.s. "ROTTERDAM" van de Nederlandsch-Amerikaanse Stoomvaart-Mij, daarboven de wapens van Duitsland, Kopenhagen, Rotterdam, Kiel en Helgoland. Daaronder het door een meerman en een meermin gehouden wapen van Nederland.
Keerzijde (hier niet getoond): De vlootparade te Kiel omgeven door wapen van Pruisen, hand met palmtak, wimpels, kaart van het kanaal en schilden met zwaard en met Mercuriusstaf."
Opschrift voorzijde: "in afsnede "HET SS. ROTTERDAM - KAPT. F.H. BONJER / K.N.M.R. PASS NA DE - SLUITSTEENLEGGING / ´T EERST ZONDER - EENIG BEZWAAR / HET KAISER - WILHELM-KANAAL", "22 - 23 JUNI 1895 / N.A.S.M. / EXCURSIE / KIEL 15 - 25 JUNI 1895"."
